1. Data we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the marketplace. Exact location is never displayed — metros and cities only. For creators, we collect legal name, date of birth, and government ID images to verify identity and age.

2. AI-powered identity verification

When you opt in to instant AI verification, your uploaded ID images (front and back) and selfie are analyzed by an automated system to estimate your age and assess document authenticity. This is optional — you may choose manual review instead at any time.

The AI model does not retain or memorize your images; they are processed transiently for verification purposes only. Results are reviewable by a human admin before a final decision is recorded.

3. How your ID data is used

• To confirm you are 18 years or older.
• To verify that your government ID is genuine.
• To prevent fraud, impersonation, and underage access.
• To comply with legal and payment processor requirements.

4. Data retention

ID documents and selfies are retained only as long as needed for verification, compliance, and dispute resolution. If you delete your account, verification data is securely purged within 90 days unless legally required to retain it longer.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. ID verification data is shared only with the AI processing provider and our internal trust & safety team. It is never displayed publicly or shared with other users.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of your verification data, request correction of inaccuracies, or request deletion by contacting support. You may also withdraw AI verification consent at any time, which will revert your submission to manual review.

7. Security

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and automated systems under strict access controls.
